Cascade Lookup Parent Choice Value Map Is Blank (Doc ID 3023243.1)

Symptoms

While trying to create a Cascade Lookup dependent on a previously created Lookup the Value Map under the Parent Choice list is opening as a blank window, not rendering the parent values or any other information.

In the log files this error is shown:

ERROR

oracle.jbo.TooManyObjectsException: JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[100000000000001 ]
