After Applying April Content Bundle Patch 36194166 Tasks Are Not Opening in the Tasklist (Doc ID 3024621.1)

Symptoms

After applying the latest WebCenter Content Bundle Patch 36194166 (WebCenter Content Bundle Patch 12.2.1.4.240416), Tasks are not opening when clicking View Task button.  

If you are using the basic viewer the user will see the following message 

An unresolvable error occurred Please contact your administrator for more info 

If you are using the ADF Viewer when  clicking on View Task nothing happens.  It does not open the task in the Task Viewer and users are not seeing any errors.

 

The Imaging diagnostic logs will also show the following error.

javax.faces.FacesException: javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.faces.FacesException: javax.el.PropertyNotFoundException: The class 'oracle.imaging.axf.view.menu.AxfActionMenuService' does not have the property 'deleteConfirmation'.
