On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Runtime Issues, Performance and Monitoring

You have configured a new install of Oracle Forms and Reports 12c.  When call any report from Forms, you get the following error:

The same report works fine when run directly from Reports Server via rwclient or rwservlet.

The problem happens with all forms, including diagnosis test form from:

In the Forms environment configuration file, you have already set COMPONENT_CONFIG_PATH to Reports Tools component path, as detailed in:

Changes

This is a new installation of Oracle Forms and Reports 12c.
