Goal

There has been a corruption on a critical database used by WebCenter Content (WCC) involving a BLOB.
 
1. Can the database be re-instated and  the WCC used for all the other data even with the corruption?

2. Can the corrupted BLOB be restored from an external backup? Then, would the WCC be able to access to it or will some other action be necessary?
