Symptoms

After running the Oracle Internet Directory (OID) RCU to "Prepare Scripts for System Load", the RCU generated a script_systemLoad.sql script for loading the ODS schemas into an Oracle 19c Database in the Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS). While attempting to load the schemas with the "script_systemLoad.sqj script in SQL Developer, the following errors were generated and the script failed to complete.
