Documents Not Showing Up in Search After Switching to a Fulltext Search Solution (Doc ID 3034560.1)

Symptoms

Changed the Content Server to use Database Metadata to Oracle Text Search.  Documents checked into the server while the system was using Metadata Only were not searchable.

Changes

 Changed from Oracle Text Search to Database Metadata and then back to Oracle Text Search
