Reports Server may hang in Linux when using xml distribution file containing "-" character (Doc ID 303515.1)

Symptoms

When using xml distribution file on Linux reports server may hang. No error messages can be seen in the trace files. The report just hangs forever. Any subsequent reports request are enqueued and never executed. The reports server needs to be restarted to be able to run report again. Using the same xml file under other platforms does not cause the same problem.
