Symptoms
WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4 and OHS 12.2.1.4 are configured in High Availability with 2 OHS nodes and 2 WebLogic managed servers. There is uneven load balancing from OHS HA to WebLogic managed servers. The sessions are being routed to a single WebLogic managed server (node1)
