Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Oracle Business Process Management Suite, BPM Composer

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
BPM Composer - Server Time is not accurate

BPM Composer is adding 5hrs to the changes publish time in 'Recent Activity' section.

Once you make any changes to a project and publish the changes, BPM Composer is adding 5hrs to the actual publish system time.

If changes are published at 11am, then BPM Composer is showing time as 4pm.

Due to this issue, users cannot properly track the update time stamps.
