Corrupt Pages in Content Viewer (Doc ID 3037209.1)

Symptoms

When opening documents in the content viewer within the ADF UI (also known as Content UI), certain pages of certain documents appear as corrupt (i.e. stretched lettering, over-lapping text, incorrect format, ill-formatted text along with missing text, empty columns, blank pages, page orientation set horizontal as opposed to vertical and cuts out partial page). These differences are identified by comparing the native file rendition against the content viewer rendition.
