SOA Server Are Not Starting Up (Doc ID 3037943.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

In out SIT environment the SOA servers are not starting up and getting moved to Admin state or failed state. I have attached the server out files of both the nodes and the lsinventory of both the nodes.
