Access a protected resources, after entering the correct user credentials, but the authentication failed and returns back to the login page.

From the oam_server-diagnostic.log just shows "Could not get user : <VALUE>"

There is a load balancer in front of Apache(WebGate), and then requests are proceeded to OAM servers.
