Symptoms
The WebLogic Server was hung, with even thread dumps could not be captured.
Symptoms included a slow WebLogic console and non-responsive managed server.
Analysis of thread dumps revealed multiple blocking threads, indicating potential issues with code execution and database or network problems.
The problem was further diagnosed by observing high CPU utilization and stuck database threads.
