On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Workspace

Hogs threads waiting on OracleWSDLSRResolverImpl

Many threads waiting on OracleWSDLSRResolverImpl. Although the case recommendation have already been applied ,UddiCacheLifetime: 86400 ( service caching endpoint are not feasible at the moment),there is a risk that the incident will occur again.
