Identity Manager Connector: Adding Group(Entitlement) Shows Provisioned In OIM But Same Is Not Getting Added Into Target System (Doc ID 3045842.1)

Symptoms

While provisioning groups (entitlements) for the user to target system, Group provisioning succeeds in OIM but same is not getting added to the user in Target system.

Example:

For the group provisioning of AD target application, The 'group membership insert' task succeeds and Group shows as "Provisioned" status in OIM but
User is not getting added into same group in AD target system. There is no error in logs of oim as well as in connector server.
