Goal

 


When configuring the mod_plsql DAD during installation of APEX / HTML DB, the error_log may have ORA-12154 error due to a misconfiguration of Database Access Descriptor (DAD)
level parameters in wdbsvr.app OR dads.conf. This article explains how to troubleshoot those issues.
