The Tuxedo ART Batch Runtime exits with a C0000 code even when the merge with the Database table fails. It's expect the BUL program to exit with an error code upon failure, but this is not the current behavior.

The issue lies in ART runtime error processing. When the merge operation called by the BUL program fails, Tuxedo does not detect or handle the failure, resulting in an incorrect exit code.The m_IDCAMS was introduced by the Workbench in the conversion phase of the PROC.

Why the workbench has converted the MF PROC using the m_IDCAMS instead of m_FileRepro?
