Goal

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

Different results between old 12.2.1.3 and new 12.2.1.4 OSB environments

Created a new OSB 12.2.1.4 environment and installed/configured to the same configuration as our current 12.2.1.3 and are seeing different results with the service calls. Installed a few patches to fix some LDAPadapter errors but otherwise not seeing any direct errors just different behavior that isn't working for us.
