Oracle WebCache that has to be installed within a CFC (Cold Failover Cluster)

Goal

How to setup Web Cache correct to work within a CFC (Cold Failover Cluster).
Because with the default installation Web Cache does not start when the current hostname does not match with the configured one.
The error while starting Web Cache with such a wrong configuration is.

No matching CACHE element found in webcache.xml for current hostname

NOTE:
          This error is logged in the dcm-daemon~dcm-daemon~1 OPMN log file if not directly visible on the comandline
