Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Content Server
When attempting to use IdcCommand to invoke IdcService=DELETE_REV, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Error executing service DELETE_REV dID=[dID]<>. Error: No service defined for DELETE_REV dID=[dID]<>.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run this command: ./[DOMAIN_HOME]/ucm/cs/bin/IdcCommand -f [DOMAIN_HOME]/ucm/cs/bin/[FILENAME].txt -u sysadmin -c standalone
2. Observe error
