Unable to create DAD in Oracle Application Server or 9iAS.

While you are trying access a procedure using this DAD, hitting the error below in $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs/error_log file,

You have "Connect String Format" set to NetServiceNameFormat (SQL*Net entry) and "Connect String" set to"cn=service_name,cn=OracleContext".
