Symptoms
Oracle Application Server Metadata Repository Creation Assistant (OracleAS MRCA/RepCA) displays message "OracleAS RepCA was not able to find Oracle Text Supplied Knowledge Base(..)." during installation.
RepCA is being displayed in Chinese language.
The requirement is to view it in English language.
