OHS Directive [SSLVerifyClient Optional] Does Not Work In 10.1.2

Information in this document applies to any platform.
- In HTTP Server $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf/ssl.conf, the SSLVerifyClient directive is set to "Optional"
- Connecting to the HTTP Server via SSL fails with an HTTP-404 error.
- The $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs/error_log shows:
[error] mod_ossl: SSL fatal alert
[error] mod_ossl: SSL call to NZ function nzos_Handshake failed with error 28860 (server some-machine.domain.com:443, client 18.104.22.168)
