Symptoms
- In HTTP Server $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf/ssl.conf, the SSLVerifyClient directive is set to "Optional"
- Connecting to the HTTP Server via SSL fails with an HTTP-404 error.
- The $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs/error_log shows:
