(Doc ID 309543.1)
Last updated on JULY 01, 2024
Applies to:
Oracle Fusion Middleware - Version 10.1.2.0.0 to 10.1.2.0.1 [Release AS10gR2]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
There is an XDK / DCM compatibility problem with the newer XDK that is introduced when installing the Oracle Database 10g release 10.1.0.4 patch set (Patch 4163362) in an Oracle Application Server version 10.1.2.0.0 home. If you apply the Oracle Database 10g release 10.1.0.4 patch set, DCM will fail with an ADM-100992 error. To prevent this from occurring, you must apply Patch 4186531 to the Oracle Application Server 10.1.2.0.0 installation.
DCM will fail with either of the following 2 errors: Error 1: ADMN-100992 Changes cannot be applied due to internal error. Resolution: Changes cannot be applied due to internal error.
