This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
When undeploying an OC4J application an error is returned.
Verified by em-application.log file.
This error may occur while using dcmctl (in this case, during undeployment); or, it may happen while using Application Server Control to administer components. When clicking HTTP_Server component to administer, this error occurs on the browser screen.
