Slow Dequeue from AQ Queues Using RAC Database (Doc ID 312379.1)

Symptoms

MDB Based application which is dequeuing messages from AQ queue to implement some actions and send other messages to different queues.

The application works with good dequeuing time response when using in single instance but it takes some minutes to dequeue the messages when the database is a multiple node RAC database.

In a two node RAC instance, shutting down one of them, solves the problem.
