Goal

What to check to ensure that OID is set up correctly for multiple realms so that OIDDAS/SSO logins are successful?

This Note can also be used for checking an environment that has a single realm; appropriate differences will be seen below.

The information in this Note is based on changes described in the

Oracle Identity Management Guide to Delegated Administration 10g (10.1.4.0.1)

NOTE: If trying to add a new search base in the OIDDAS Configuration tab fails with:
Identity Management Realm Modification Error!
Cannot Modify Identity Management Realm : [LDAP: error code 20 - Attribute Or Value Exists]
