This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

You have a large WAR file that is currently being deployed correctly in a previous version
of the Application Server, but the same file will not deploy using 9.0.4.1 thru 10.1.2.x of the Application Server.

This does not apply to any 10.1.3 version as it does not use the DCM process.
