This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
- Webcache is setup to receive requests via SSL
- The $ORACLE_HOME/webcache/logs/event_log is filling up with the following errors:
- End users do not see any errors at all
- The errors are uniform, for example in this case every 30 seconds
