How to navigate or change the current record when using Mouse right-click on that record in a multi-record block?

1.  Create a multi-record block based on table say "Emp" of "Scott" schema.

2.  Run the form and query the records.

3.  The current record is the first record.  Use mouse right-click on record number 3.  The current record is still record number if shown a message using the code

message(:system.cursor_record);

The right-click of the mouse does not change the current record.
