Reports Services 10g Gives Different Output From Reports Builder (Missing Fields)

Symptoms
When generating a report from Reports Builder, these ALL produce the title field as expected:
Web layout, Paper layout and Generate to file -> PDF
When using 10g Reports Services on UNIX, the title field is missing.
The same problem is reproduced whether producing PDF or RTF.
