OC4J_BI_Forms Instance Keeps Restarting Repeatedly. Connection Fail With one of FRM-92102-FRM-92101-FRM-92100 (Doc ID 338805.1)

Symptoms

"Checked for relevance on 29-May-2010"

The OC4J_BI_Forms instance is restarted very frequently, in about every 2-3 minutes. When this happens, "ipm.log" contains logs similar to below :

05/10/18 11:34:29 [2] [libopmnoc4j] AJP13: Error while reading AJP13 response
05/10/18 11:34:29 [2] [libopmnoc4j] Ping URL for proc: 1123811585 failed while pinging url:/reports/rwservlet/pingserver?start=auto 05/10/18 11:34:29 [4] [libopmnoc4j] Process Ping Failed: OC4J~OC4J_BI_Forms~default_island~1 (1123811585:22811) 05/10/18 11:34:59 [3] [libopmnoc4j] The remote side closed connection during the receive call 0

The methods described in the following document does not help :

When a report is requested from report server, the "error_log" file of the Apache server contains the following errors :

As a result of this problem, all running forms sessions disconnect with one of the following errors:

FRM-92100: Your connection to the Server was interrupted

FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could  happen due to  invalid configuration. Please look into the web-server log for details.

FRM-92102: A Network error has occurred.
