No Jobs Displayed In Queue Manager / Job Queues On Em (Doc ID 338826.1)

Symptoms

When one clicks on the report server name link on EM page, one is taken to the report server page.
It shows say, 97 failed jobs, 508 finished jobs.
Now when you click on the job (numbers), the page that comes does not contain any info about the jobs finished/failed.
Instead a page devoid of ANY report jobs comes up.

But when you check that out from the showjobs page, the jobs status is clearly seen through the URL.
http://<hostname>:<port>/reports/rwservlet/showjobs?server=<>
