OC4J_SECURITY Restarts Every Minute (Doc ID 343268.1)

In a new install of AS10G 10.1.2.0.2 on SLES9, OC4J_SECURITY is restarted every minute.
The file ipm.log shows frequent restarts.
According to OC4J~OC4J_SECURITY~default_island~1, JVM crashes occur.
OC4J_SECURITY log file shows the following:
