Symptoms

FRM-40011: "Form was created by an old version of Oracle Forms (Generate)." when a form is run in a more recent major release than it was compiled/generated with. (e.g. running in Forms version 10.x an fmx module created with Forms version 9.y)

Changes

Upgraded the Runtime to a newer release.
