Symptoms

When trying to install the patch for bug 3410486 via OPatch you receive the following errors:

The following problems  were encountered when trying to backup Java class files:
4.  D:\oasinf\sso\lib\ossosvr.ear.d\web.war.d\WEB-INF\lib\ossocls.jar
    [ No  file found. ]
5.  D:\oasinf\sso\lib\ossosvr.ear.d\web.war.d\WEB-INF\lib\ossocls.jar
    [ No  file found. ]
