An application could not be deployed, and deployment action resulted in following errors:

The application was tried to be deployed in a brand new oc4j container, but failed with same errors.

Instance was 9.0.4.1 on IBM AIX5L 5.2.0

Customer recently tried to apply patch 4432933 UPGRADE JDK 141 TO JDK 142 IN AIX 5L 9041 INSTALLS.
