Goal

1.) To create a new container, e.g., ou=people, and create users within the new container.

2.) Users within the new container should be able to login to oiddas/osso and change their own profiles.

This Note also applies in the following scenario as well:
 - synchronized users from MS AD to OID. The MS AD users can successfully login to oiddas, but when they try to access the any of the tabs, e.g. Directory, Profile, etc., they are getting error: 'Unable to connect to directory server' .
In this case, apply ACI's as mentioned in Fix step 2 below.
