SSO-80103 & SSO-80104 Errors When Running ssomig Script To Import Data (Doc ID 362717.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

There are two systems with AS10G 10.1.2.0.2.   You are exporting and importing data from one Infrastructure Single Sign-On to another. 

Export went well without any errors.

However, the import is failing with the following errors:

                       SSO-80103: config file not found: string
                       SSO-80104: corrupted or invalid config file.

Changes

Two Systems with the AS10G 10.1.2.0.2.  Exporting data from one Infrastructure SSO to another went well.  

However, importing the exported data to the other server AS10G 10.1.2.0.2 is failing.
