Background

A report is being run using Run_Report_Object() in a form that incorporates the functionalities of the Webutil Utility.

Problem

The web forms client crashes with the following error.

FRM-92101 : There was a failure in the Forms server during startup ..
This could happen due to invalid configuration .Please look into the web-server log for details.
Details...

oracle.forms.net.ConnectionException: Forms session <#> aborted: unable to communicate with runtime process.

However this same form works fine if Run_Report_Object() or Webutil is employed separately.

Changes

• In many cases Paths are appended by "$ORACLE_HOME " and this variable is defined in the beginning of default.env.
•  There may be various versions of libjvm.so resident in a system.
