Purpose

This note helps you to solve the following problems:

- The Runtime Platform Service is running (Available), but the Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) client has no access to the Deployment Manager/Control Center
- The Runtime Platform Service cannot be started (Not Available)

This owbcollect script collects data from the RDBMS where the Runtime Repository is installed.
