"RegisterWebUtil not found" Error When Implementing Webutil (Doc ID 369106.1)

Symptoms

Background

Webutil that was downloaded from OTN and it was manually configured in the OAS 10.1.2.0.2 instance.

Problem

A Java exception is reported initially in the Java console when loading any form that incorporates the functionalities of Webutil. However, even though this error message appears, all functionalities of Webutil work without any problems.

The following is the Java stack that is presented in the console.
