Goal

It appears that the java processes running the OC4J containers did not use more than one processor when the NPTL GNU/Linux kernel is used.

Symptoms include:

The processor which was used by these processes was busy for 99%. (e.g.:The server holds 8 CPUs from which only one CPU is used)
