- When authenticated as cn=admin, entries can be read. But when authenticated as any other account, or anonymous, entries fail to be read.
- Oracle Virtual Directory is connected to one or more adapters
- The data appears to the LDAP clients upon authentication (bind) to the OVD server as the cn=admin (or another account that is listed as an OVD administrator)
- Reading data fails when binding to OVD either anonymously or as a non-admin account
