The following document walks through the process of setting up the oc4j instances in OAS 10.1.3 to use Oracle10g JDBC Implicit Connection Cache Fast Connection Failover (FCF). A basic understanding of the concepts shown here are expected as this article shows how one would configure the oc4j instances and create applications which make use of of Oracle10g JDBC Implicit Connection Cache Fast Connection Failover in OAS 10.1.3.
