Symptoms

When navigating back in a modplsql form, the data entered has expired and a warning message is displayed to the browser stating that the content has expired.

To reproduce the problem:
1. Using a form in modplsql that spans several pages, enter text and submit.
2. In the subsequent pages enter more text.
3. Then use the browser back button and try to go back to the former page.
A warning message is displayed saying the content has expired. Additionally the previously entered text has been removed.
