Report Not Using Cgicmd.Dat Keyfile Entries When Running Via Forms (Doc ID 394675.1)

Symptoms

Reports called via run_report_object do not read the
cmdkey in the cgicmd.dat file

Calling the report directly via rwservlet reads the cmdkey passed in the url.

When attempting from run_report_object the parameter is passed but checking if the reports server gets the value it is always null.
