BPEL Processes are not running after Oracle Transport Module Integration With EBS (Doc ID 396188.1)

Symptoms

E-business suite (EBS) is supposed to be connected to transportation module (OTM) of Oracle Apps
through BPEL.

Multiple BPEL processes are installed through an Apps patch based on <Note 370742.1>.
Several processes are installed and show up fine on the BPEL console.

You expect that when the data is inserted into EBS - database adapter will fire up BPEL processes.                       

However, when the data is inserted - nothing happens.
