ORA-01722 When Deleting A Theme From An Application

This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
You receive the following error when trying to delete themes from the Shared Components:
ORA-01722: Invalid Number
Steps to reproduce the problem :
1) Log in to workspace.
2) Click Application Builder.
3) Select Application.
4) Click Shared Components.
5) Click Themes.
6) Click Delete Theme.
7) Select any theme.
8) Click Next.
9) Click Delete Theme.
This results in the above error and is encountered for all themes which have either been :
- Created from the repository
or
- Imported into the application
