How To Dynamically Pass envid from Forms to Reports (Doc ID 399036.1)

Goal

When reports are launched from Forms, the environment id of the reports are usually hardcoded in the Forms. If you have different environments that requires dynamic environment switching, then this envid has to be passed from Forms to reports and this note addresses the issue.
